Liverpool Kodály School

Liverpool Kodály School is run by Zsuzsa Kata Horváth, music teacher, offering
online and face to face teaching on any matter related to music teaching with the Kodály concept.

MUSICIANSHIP and SOLFÉGE FOR ALL MUSICIANS:

  • Experience high levels of enjoyment while you learn to sight-sing with Kodály musicianship lessons. Essential for any musician of any age.
    • Ideal time to start: 9 months before your mum’s birth (i.e. your own mum’s education guarantees that she sings to you when you are born and ensures your Kodály-schooling). Up to 99+ years.
    • Spoken languages: Fluent English and Hungarian, German at intermediate level.
    • If you speak an additional language to English, you will be learning on music examples in your additional language, too.
    • Preparation for Kodály Medal Exams, ABRSM Theory exams
    • Preparation for ABRSM Grade 8 Theory / entrance exams for B.Mus and M.Mus Kodály courses.
