Will grew up playing the ‘cello and piano and singing in choirs at school. In 2001 he became a primary school teacher. Since 2010 he has been a primary music specialist committed to the Kodály approach. He has studied Kodály methodology with the BKA and completed Kodály musicianship to an advanced level with the Kodály Centre of London. He also leads a Music Teaching module for third year BMus students at the London Centre of Creative Media.
